To enhance how they connect with their tenants and encourage meaningful participation, Acis Group launched ‘Your Voice’—a tenant-focused platform aimed at fostering stronger relationships and encouraging open dialogue. Guided by their mission to go “beyond bricks and mortar,” Acis Group sought to empower their community through thoughtful communication. To bring this vision to fruition, the group partnered with us to design and deliver a social campaign that captured the platform’s essence and purpose.

How We Made It Happen

Crafting Personas and Visual Storytelling

We started by developing personas to reflect the diverse tenant base of Acis Group. These personas came to life as vibrant, custom-illustrated characters, designed to resonate with different audience segments. Relatable and engaging, these characters embodied inclusivity, creating a sense of connection while serving as the campaign’s visual storytellers. Set against clean, uncluttered backdrops, they became a central element in building trust and fostering engagement with the ‘Your Voice’ platform.

To introduce ‘Your Voice,’ we produced an engaging animated video featuring our custom characters. Set against uplifting music and narrated by a friendly, professional AI voiceover, the video conveyed the platform’s purpose with clarity and warmth. It was designed to grab attention and drive excitement across all major social media platforms. The result was an accessible, polished video that conveyed the platform’s purpose in a clear and compelling way.
