Expanded production capability with a £200,000 investment
One year on from our management buyout, Reeds has invested £200,000 in new production technology — strengthening what we deliver across commercial print, bespoke signage and fulfilment, while keeping more work in-house.
In simple terms, it means more choice, faster turnaround and more options - delivered by the same team you already know.

The centrepiece: HP Latex R2000 hybrid wide-format
At the heart of the investment is our new HP Latex R2000 hybrid printer — a major step forward in our wide-format capability.
With the ability to produce graphics up to 2.5 metres wide across rigid boards and roll materials, it broadens what we can deliver for you across POS, display and large-format signage, while improving speed, consistency and production control. It also enables us to bring more specialist wide-format work in-house that would previously have been outsourced — keeping quality and turnaround under one roof.
What this means for you
- Larger formats (up to 2.5m) and a wider range of materials
- Faster turnaround when deadlines are tight
- Greater consistency across repeat and multi-site work
- More competitive quoting on POS and specialist signage
- Stronger control from file to finished output
A more modern, responsible print process
HP Latex uses water-based, low-odour inks, supporting a cleaner production environment and aligning with our values around responsible manufacturing.

Precision laser cutting for sharper detail
We’ve introduced a Trotec laser cutter, expanding our ability to produce more detailed signage elements and bespoke branded pieces in-house.
Laser cutting provides a cleaner, more accurate process for intricate shapes and fine-detail work across materials such as acrylic and wood — elevating the quality and finish of your projects, particularly for lettering, logos and plaques where precision and clean edges make a visible difference.

Upgraded fulfilment automation for higher-volume mail
To support more complex and higher-volume mail campaigns, we’ve invested in a Quadient DS-85i folding and inserting system.
This upgrade marks a major enhancement to our fulfilment capability — increasing capacity, improving accuracy and giving you greater assurance from print through to distribution.
What this means for you
- Better handling of multi-piece mail packs and varied formats
- Greater efficiency for high-volume campaigns
- A smoother, more reliable process from print through to dispatch
Built on print. Expanded in capability.
Commercial print remains at the core of Reeds. This investment builds on that foundation while strengthening the joined-up production capability many organisations need — from print and signage through to fulfilment.
For customers, that means less back-and-forth, more consistency, and a smoother experience — with one team handling your project from file through to finished delivery.
